Are products in stock or made to order?
Our standard shop products are made to order in the UK. Allow 5–7 working days for preparation before dispatch. A custom project's price and timing are agreed separately.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Standard UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is included, including Northern Ireland, Highlands and UK islands.
JAECOO 7 Phone Locators and all Deer Magnet options, including the Complete Set of Three, can be ordered through online checkout for delivery across Europe, including Spain, at a flat £9 per order. This is one delivery charge for the whole order, including orders combining locators and magnets. European destinations available for checkout are listed in the country selector, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Delivery to destinations outside Europe requires prior email consultation and an individual quote. Email hello@axverk.com with your products, quantities, country and postcode before ordering. We confirm availability, delivery cost, service and estimated transit time before payment.
Import VAT, duties and carrier handling fees may be payable separately and are not included in our £9 Europe delivery rate.
Does 5–7 working days include delivery?
No. That is preparation time before dispatch. For UK delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims at 2–3 working days in transit for most addresses, so allow approximately 7–10 working days overall. Certain remote and Northern Ireland postcodes have longer or unspecified delivery targets. European delivery transit varies by destination and customs clearance and is additional to preparation. For other international orders, transit estimates are confirmed in your individual quote. Tracking is provided on dispatch.
Will the JAECOO locator fit my phone and case?
It is designed for the JAECOO 7 factory wireless-charging tray. Phone size, camera bump and case thickness matter. Send us your exact phone model and case details if you are unsure. We do not claim compatibility with every combination. The phone is not included.
Does the locator guarantee wireless charging?
No. It helps locate the phone; charging also depends on the vehicle's charger, phone and case. It does not add charging hardware or guarantee improved charging performance. AXVERK is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by JAECOO.
What are the Deer Magnet options and sizes?
Choose Roe Deer, Fallow Deer or Red Deer individually, or the Complete Set containing one of each species. Approximate overall outlines are 80 × 80 mm for Red and Fallow Deer, and 65 × 65 mm for Roe Deer. The product page contains the size guide. Packaging dimensions are not product dimensions.
Will Deer Magnets stick to every metal surface?
No. They are intended for suitable magnetic metal surfaces. Metal type, coating and surface condition affect hold. Small variations in finish reflect individual making and hand finishing.
Can I cancel a made-to-order purchase?
Standard products retain the online cancellation right: tell us within 14 days after receiving them, then return within another 14 days. You pay change-of-mind return postage. An exception may apply to genuinely personalised or bespoke goods, which we identify before you agree that order. Faulty or incorrect goods retain statutory protections.
How do I report a problem or request a return?
Email hello@axverk.com with your order details. Tell us what happened; photos are helpful for damage or faults but are not a condition of your legal rights. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and resolve delivery issues with the carrier.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. Optional customer accounts provide access to order history and tracking.
How do I start custom work?
Use our custom work enquiry or email hello@axverk.com. Describe the problem, how the part will be used and any target date. Send reference photos or CAD by email. We review feasibility and agree the scope, price and lead time before accepting work.
